Throtle Leadership Team
Paul Chachko is the Chief Executive Officer at Throtle. A serial entrepreneur, Paul has over 30 years of experience working in the world of start-ups and acquisitions. He is considered a formative member of the marketing community and is credited with being the first to add demographic, behavioral, lifestyle, and geographic data to commercial email marketing.
Prior to Throtle, Paul was CEO of V12 Group, a multi-channel direct marketing services company acquired by Datamentors in 2016. At V12 Group, Paul spearheaded the creation of an industry leading data marketing platform, combining the power of acquisition marketing with customer relationship management. He also served as the founder and CEO of ConsumerNet, a leading internet consumer database company that was sold to 24/7 Real Media in 1999, as well as the CEO for an eCRM software company called Infinata (sold to Financial Times), and the Founder and Chairman of Financial Information Group (sold to KKR in 2013).
Paul holds a BA in Business from Monmouth University.

Chris Alewine is the Chief Data Officer at Throtle. He has over 25 years of experience managing all aspects of data acquisition, data sourcing, database development, data privacy, and data matching. Most recently, Chris worked as the Chief Data Architect for V12 Group, where he developed and maintained a best in class consumer acquisition database.
Chris controls all data acquisition, data partner management (third party data providers), and data linkage operations – both offline and digital.
Chris holds a BA of Business Management/Marketing from Lynchburg College.
Dave Wirsching is the Chief Technology Officer at Throtle. His business career spans over 30 years, with expert experience managing technology, operations, and big data. Most recently, Dave was Chief Technology Officer at V12 Group, where he developed the technology and managed the team behind the company’s flagship product – the V12 Group Marketing Platform. Dave also served in several other leadership positions at KPMG Consulting, Electronic Data Systems, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and the US Navy.
Dave is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the technology and product teams, including innovation, development, and operations. He has been instrumental in orchestrating the development of Throtle’s onboarding, identity management, and online matching processes.
Dave holds a Masters in Information Technology from The George Washington University and a BS from Cornell University.
Jessica Paviluk is the Director of Marketing and Design at Throtle. With over 14 years of marketing experience, most recently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at V12 Group, Jessica is responsible for ensuring a consistent Throtle brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
Jessica oversees all brand marketing, media relations, advertising, social media, website development, event marketing, and sponsorships.
Jessica holds a BS in Marketing, Advertising, and Graphic Design from Monmouth University.
Tara Thurber is the Director of HR and Recruiting at Throtle. Tara has over 17 years of combined recruiting and marketing experience, most recently serving as the Director of Recruiting for V12 Group. She specializes in supporting fast growth by linking people strategies to business strategies.
In her new, Tara is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Recruiting, including developing HR processes and policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits, compensation and training.
Tara holds a BFA in Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing and Advertising from Montclair State University.
